I wonder if Carmen (after Julia finds a guy in her body) goes back to Julia's house in Julia's petite body and seduces Julia's husband. A guy she's always had a crush on.
The husband doesn't know it's Carmen in Julia's body (he would never have approved her going out and sleeping with someone else) asks her to get in the car for a surprise.
On the way to the airport he tells her the kids are with the grandparents for the week. He's taking her on a trip to London. He knows Julia has always wanted to see London, and travel around England, so he set this up as a surprise vacation.
