What if the body swap squad had found a way to trace the body swapping watch and he has to get rid of it before the 48 hours runs out. He hides it in a Faraday cage to keep it from being detected and then has to lead that woman's life for at least 2 days to keep up appearances. His former body runs off, escaping the people tracking the body thief since the watch is gone. The former woman also decides to take advantage of being a strong man and leave behind her former life as a trophy wife.
The new woman finds out she is a trophy wife to a wealthy but dominant man who acts like he is the boss when they are in public but like a queen when they are alone.
Time passes as she is afraid to go near the watch and she realizes she needs to make a decision when she finds herself dropping to her knees without being asked to please her man.
