これは何ですか means "what is this?" But given the situation, and the fact that she's talking to herself, "いったいどういうこと？" is probably more natural.
女の子イム means... "I'm a girl"? Maybe? It looks a little odd. "女になったの" is better.
私はかわいいです means "I'm cute". Not bad, but like the first one, weird if you're talking to yourself. かわい～い is probably what you're looking for.
Anyways, that's just being nitpicky. Honestly, please keep doing things like this if you enjoy it. I certainly do. And of course, if you don't want any corrections or anything, let me know too. I'd rather see more of these than none because of fear of getting something wrong. :)

One of your best! great story & use of pic. I love it that they now can only speak Japanese & the new Boy now speaks English & loves being an American Male. Was she escaping an arranged marriage? ANyway any Japanese woman wish they were men as life as a woman in Jpoan is not partically a good one.
