You should write a sequel where she doesn’t manage to get the necklace off for years, and then she has to deal with being in her body again, but a life she does recognize much anymore.
You've probably already got the next one written, but I'd have loved to see one where Morty forces Carly's soul into the necklace so he can take it off. He then gives the necklace to someone else and Carly ends up possessing that person.

DeleteIt could be in a will that the necklace is left to someone else and then they repeat the process again.
