It would be funny if something happened to him on the way to the bathroom . . . Like the ex-wife (Susan) grabs him and says that it's her weekend to have Hayley and she never agreed to the concert. Then she drags Dan, in Hayley's body away, and sends a text to Hayley in Dan's body that she has "Hayley"
Of course, Dan had been told by Hayley, that the Susan had agreed but can't do anything because he knows that if Susan finds out he and Hayley swapped he'll loose all rights to seeing Hayley in the future.
Meanwhile Hayley is delighted to be away from her domineering mom and enjoys being an adult. She won't be able to swap back with Dan until the next weekend when she has her week with "Hayley" as part of the divorce agreement is 50-50 custody.
