Patreon Down

 Gonna leave my Ko-fi link here up front for now.

 I had issues with it being linked on here in the past so im leaving it up temporarily :) Go give a follow there as that's most likely were I'll be migrating my Patreon tiers too somehow.

Once Im back from vacation I'll be looking into creating tiers over on Ko-Fi and then seeing if that can be linked to Discord. Thank you everyone for your patience in this manner. It's been rough and I obviously haven't been taking it very well but Im trying to be positive towards the future.

To be clear, with my RL job I really cannot have my gov ID linked to a NSFW Patreon in any form so trying any kind of workaround through Patreon just does not make me comfortable. Plus, they already called me out for having my Discord linked to it which is why they wouldn't grant me SFW approval.

Thanks for sticking with me and I'll have more news once Im back from a much needed trip to the beach :) I've scheduled a few caps to post in my absence there will be a bit of content heh

 Well it was worth a shot.

Patreon is not allowing me to do the Discord work around. They know I've just moved the NSFW content to the Discord and so they won't grant me the SFW appeal. It really sucks but I had a feeling they would do this.

So where does that leave us?

The Patreon will be shut down by Wednesday May 31 and most likely the Discord as well since they are linked. Sorry things came to this but my hands are tied. Will the Discord come back in some way? Possibly. I honestly don't know what happens once you close the Patreon its linked to since all subscribers are linked via their Patreon tiers.

As for me?

I need to stop and recharge. I was rushing to get this figured out before the new month started because I couldn't in good conscious charge anyone for the month of June knowing they could shut me down at any moment. Best to get ahead of it so no one gets charged. That lead to many anxious, sleepless nights and stress on my mental well being. My brain is fried and as you can imagine I don't really have the drive to write new caps at the moment.

I booked myself a little getaway for this weekend for some much needed R&R at the beach. I have to get away.

Obviously I'll still be posting on the blog and might have to go back to only posting on like Mon, Wed, Fri or something. Definitely not every day.

As for moving to other platforms like Subscrive Star, Fansly, Deviant Art, Only Fans etc... its the same issue as Patreon. Yes you can post NSFW content on them however the issue is posting pictures of OTHER people. This is what they're cracking down on. So moving over to one of those is not an option either.

My advice would be to follow me over on Ko-Fi. I may be able to work something out over there but Im not going to rush. I'll look into it once I recharge. but if you're feeling generous and want to donate to just support me in the meantime the option is there and greatly appreciated.

UPDATE: Looking to try and maybe link the Patreon to a Discord channel or something. I'd have to wipe all the photos from the site and turn it into a SFW Patreon but then keep the memberships alive and post in Discord. Im working with a friend and we're spitballing here.

This is not easy for me to say but it looks like I'm being forced to close my Patreon page. Not just myself but others in the NSFW category on their site.

They've been saying for awhile they would start requiring a government ID from us to prove we're over 18 for this NSFW content. That alone I was not very comfortable with since I don't want them having that personal information. However, I was at least toying with the idea of going through with it because I love my Patreon so much and it's helped me A LOT financially. 

But the other issue behind these scenes has to do with the photos being used in caps for financial gain. I'm not going to go into all the details but they are now requiring actual paperwork for the photos being used.

I've asked around and it seems pages like mine were on borrowed time and would be shut down eventually. And to be honest, I get it.

So what does the future hold? I'm so so gutted. Absolutely devastated. I feel I let everyone down. I came to rely on that extra income too. It got me out of some really shitty life situations and it's kinda hard to go back to a time before that, ya know?

Are there other options? Possibly. But I feel even if I migrate to something like Only Fans or Fansly or whatever Im just going to eventually have the same issue I am now.

I'm obviously very open to hear suggestions.

I know some will be sad this has come to an end but it's always a lose/lose situation for me. Half the people want a series to go on forever and the other half hate when I leave things open and want closure lol In the end, Im trying to bring more closure to series.

So while it bums me out I can't please everyone I do have to say that after doing this for basically TEN YEARS and to have some people say this is my best work yet??? It TRULY warms my heart. To know that I'm still putting out quality work that people enjoy so much.
