Great story. I love the fact that the crime lord is stuck in a female body. I'm a little surprised he didn't have the doc shot, but then that would be short-sighted if he wants a new body in a few months.
Won't Tiny's presence give him away? Surely his enemies know who Tiny is . . . A continuation with him being caught by a rival would be pretty funny. lol
I just had a vision of the "Boss" getting caught because of Tiny. Of course he's too smart to allow that to happy so Tiny must get a new body. lol - Seeing him a cute little body would be very funny.

I'm still working on the "rules" for the Underground Body Market but the main thing is that people donate their bodies in exchange for new ones. It's never really a direct swap, though it can be. So this woman switched into a new body in the past and her body has been "in storage" until someone wanted or needed it. Just like how Chester's body will remain on hold until someone decided they want his :)
