Patreon One Year Anniversary

 I honestly cannot believe that it's been a year. That's absolutely insane! It still feels so new to me. I've said it before, and I'll keep saying it. I want to thank everyone for contributing to Patreon and supporting me on this journey. It's literally been life changing. That's not an exaggeration!

And I don't promote it nearly as much as I should. A few people got annoyed and said I was shoving it down people's throats and I just had to laugh. I talk about it maybe once a month? If that! Which is nothing compared to what I've seen elsewhere in the community. I didn't let their comments bother me I just found it amusing. Going forward I may promote it more though hehehe

I also think it's a pretty good bang for your buck. I might need to do some re-tooling since the lowest Tier at $3 has little activity. Only time will tell. For now, I can say that if you haven't subbed that you should probably choose the $6 Switcher Tier or above. I say that because they get the most content, hence why $3 Tier is so unpopular ;) It's been a learning experience to say the least.

So, in honor of the one year, I'll be posting a little more than I usually do over on Patreon. Nothing will change here, mind you! Just want to give back and kinda celebrate this milestone. I've been working extra hard the past few months to make a whole bunch of caps.

I hope that in general people have noticed the hard work that's gone into both Patreon and here. To think I was going to throw in the towel over a year ago and now I'm more motivated than ever! I know it'll never happen but man oh man if I was able to quit my job and do this full time? Now THAT would be the life. Sadly, that's still a bit away but ya never know.

I absolutely love what I do. Writing these caps for you all is a blast and I hope to do it for many years to come. And if I remember correctly, we're about a year away from the big 10-year anniversary for the blog!
