It would be an interesting twist if he feels sick, gets checked out and has COVID-19. Now everyone on the island is stuck for an additional 14 days. To keep them entertained, and from being stuck in sick bodies, the staff decide to swap them once every other day . . . lol
Downside of Exchange Island. Not only do you not know who you'll swap with, you don't know anything about them. I remember the one time I was there... being several months pregnant was not much fun.
