There's no such thing as trans-racials. Race is an experienced thing, not an inherent part of identity like gender. There is no difference between this and blackface, either way it's a white person appropriating and trying to lay claim to the black experience. Of the two of them, I'd say it's Sammy that's a racist and not her father. After all, we only have her word that he hates black people, but we have her actions that show she doesn't respect them.
