You know, on this idea, it would be interesting for the government to set up a program where they auction off prisoners bodies. Rich people who are old, diseased, or dying buy them. It's a win, win, the rich person gets a new body. The Government Prison system gets cash it needs. Prison violence goes down (90 yr old people don't fight, or rape each other) and you don't have prisoners in jail for 50-60 years. Of course, for the prisoner, it would suck. Particularly if you are innocent.
