Oh wow, that is one evil story. You should do a follow up where he calls the police claims the killer broke in and killed Duane, and he assumes Maggie's life. Then later on unable to resist his urge to kill he goes on the hunt only to discover that in his weaker body the tables are turned. He then becomes the victim.
I really enjoyed this twisted horror tale. I would love to see it continue in some form. I've often toyed with an idea like this, yet never wrote it out.
