I'm surprised Melody isn't a little upset with her sister for sleeping with her husband. Six months is a long time. Will Margo want to swap back or will she like her new male body? What if Jimmy discovers that he can use Margo's body to become a trophy wife to some rich guy? So many possibilities here.
Maybe make this a series, where Margo is start getting used to her new body and love her sister like a partner and Jimmy is starting to really enjoy being a woman and got used to periods, and he starts a relationship with some guy.
I always liked this one. 6 Months? So much can happen in 6 months. What if Jimmy gets Margo's body pregnant? What if Jimmy decides he likes Margo's body and life better? He waits until both Margo and his wife are at work, steals the spell book and rips out the body swap spell or burns the book? So many ways for Margo to lose that amazing body.
